1. Overview

Auremwell is designed around PIPEDA and CASL federally, and Quebec's Loi 25. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what rights you have over it — whether you're a clinic using Auremwell or a caller talking to it.

2. Information we collect

• Call audio and transcripts, so Auremwell can understand and respond to a caller
• Caller-provided details needed to book or manage an appointment (name, phone number, reason for calling, preferred time)
• Clinic account information (business name, services, hours, calendar access)
• Usage data about how the dashboard and demo are used, to keep the product working reliably

3. How we use it

Information is used to answer and route calls, book and confirm appointments, send missed-call text-backs, and show call activity in your Auremwell dashboard. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use caller data to train models for purposes unrelated to delivering the service.

4. Legal basis & consent

Where consent is required, calling or texting Auremwell-enabled numbers constitutes consent to have the call handled by an AI system as described in these terms. Missed-call text-backs are transactional and always include a working opt-out, in line with CASL.

5. Sharing information

We share information with the clinic you contacted (so they can act on your appointment or message), and with service providers who help us run Auremwell (e.g. telephony and calendar infrastructure), under confidentiality obligations. We don't share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data retention

Call and appointment data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and meet the clinic's record-keeping needs, and is deleted or anonymized after that unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Security

Call data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to what's needed to operate and support the service.

8. Your rights

Under PIPEDA and Loi 25, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below — if you're a patient of a clinic using Auremwell, we'll typically direct your request to that clinic, since they control the underlying record.

9. Cookies

Our marketing site uses a small number of cookies, described in our Cookie Policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
