By signing up for or using Auremwell, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using Auremwell on behalf of a clinic or business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
Auremwell is an AI-powered call answering and appointment-booking service. It answers phone calls on your behalf, books and reschedules appointments against your connected calendar, sends missed-call text-backs, and logs call activity to your Auremwell dashboard.
Calls handled by Auremwell are answered by an AI system, not a human receptionist. Auremwell is designed to identify itself as an automated assistant when appropriate and to hand off to a human on your team whenever it can't resolve a request.
Plans are billed monthly per the pricing shown at signup. Every plan includes a 14-day trial with no credit card required to start. There are no long-term contracts — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time, effective at your next billing date.
You agree not to use Auremwell to make unsolicited or misleading calls or texts, to impersonate another business, or to collect personal information from callers beyond what's needed to deliver your service. Missed-call text-backs are transactional and must not be used for bulk marketing.
Call recordings, transcripts, and appointment details are handled under our Privacy Policy. If you're a clinic processing patient data through Auremwell, our Data Processing Agreement describes how that data is handled on your behalf.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee Auremwell will be uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party dependencies (telephony carriers, calendar providers) can occasionally affect service.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Auremwell is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Auremwell isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed or misrouted calls.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through your dashboard before they take effect.
